Scout automates the entire recruitment process—from resume screening to final interview evaluation. It analyzes job descriptions to identify the skills and competencies required for a role and evaluates incoming resumes against these criteria. Candidates are scored and automatically categorized as Shortlisted​, Under Review, or Rejected, with every assessment supported by evidence-based insights that explain how the evaluation was derived.

The platform also supports automated screening assessments and AI-moderated interviews. Candidates first complete secure facial biometric authentication, followed by knowledge assessments and conversational AI interviews where questions are dynamically generated based on both the candidate’s resume and the job requirements. This enables a more relevant, role-specific evaluation of each candidate.​

Scout includes an AI-based malpractice monitoring system that detects suspicious activity during interviews and flags it for review.

At the end of the process, the system generates a comprehensive evaluation report that includes overall scores, criterion-level insights, and an AI-generated recommendation to hire or reject, along with the reasoning behind the decision.
